Q: My neighbour is building an extension to the back of his house, which is a semi.

We have just sold our house and the new people might pull out of the sale because of the proposed extension.

Can we stop the new build even though the plans have passed?

A: If the plans have been properly approved ( by the Council i suppose) there are no procedures to un approve a scheme.
