New Building Regulations are now in force -started Oct 2010

Approved Documents (Part F 2010) - (Part G 2010) - (Part J 2010) - (Part L 2010) are available to download.

Each Building Regulation is accompanied by an Approved Document.
In each Approved Document are a series of "model answers" showing a solution to each Building Regulation.
Other solutions are available; it is for the developer to demonstrate compliance.
